Charlene S. Fallon was born in Anaheim, California, and moved to the Albany area in 1985. After obtaining her degree in Registered Nursing, she worked in the labor and delivery unit of a local hospital for thirteen years. A graduate of SUNY Albany, she returned to school and earned her Juris Doctor from Western New England College, School of Law. Ms. Fallon resides in Loudonville, New York, where she is raising her four children.
Ms. Fallon's medical background gives her a unique perspective on injuries claimed in all aspects of medically related litigation, including medical malpractice and class action claims in health related areas. Ms. Fallon's ability to organize and analyze the medical records of injured persons gives her a distinct advantage in evaluating the extent of and the monetary worth of claimed personal injuries. Ms. Fallon has lectured on this subject to various claims adjusters, paralegals and fellow attorneys. In addition, Ms. Fallon has vast experience in the negotiation of settlements.
Ms. Fallon has studied advanced negotiating techniques and attended numerous seminars on this subject. Ms. Fallon is a skilled negotiator and has successfully brought numerous claims to settlement. Ms. Fallon has defended health care professionals against charges brought by the New York State Department of Health and has trial experience in the litigation of personal injury and medical malpractice claims. Ms. Fallon is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association, Capital District Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association of Nurse Attorneys. Ms. Fallon was recently a Judge for the New York State High School Mock Trial Tournament.
