Mr. Linnan has dedicated his career to being a New York medical malpractice Lawyer in both civil and criminal litigation. He now concentrates his Albany based law practice in the representation of people who have suffered significant or catastrophic personal injury.
Attorney Linnan has been involved in several high profile federal and state trials in both New York and Vermont and has tried over 100 cases to a verdict obtaining several verdicts and settlements in excess of $1 Million Dollars for people who have been injured by Medical Malpractice, Work Place Accidents, Chemical Exposure, Motor Vehicle Accidents and other types of negligence.
He has also successfully prosecuted Class Actions on behalf of injured classes or persons.
Mr. Linnan has been active in the legal representation of the hospitality industry for over twenty-five years and is currently the counsel for the Empire State Restaurant and Tavern Association.
